The delivery time is counted from the validation of payment to the shipment of the goods and varies according to the type of product ordered. Here are our delivery times: – Flexible – shipment within 5 to 8 working days, Monday to Friday – Rigid – shipment within 8 to 10 working days, Monday to Friday – Accessories – shipment within 5 to 8 working days, Monday to Friday (sent only by post) – High-end – shipment within 8 to 15 working days, Monday to Friday.
All deliveries are made from Monday to Friday by transport and forwarding professionals, it takes 48 to 72 hours for delivery. Your parcel is delivered to you against signature at home or at your workplace during office hours, or in a parcel relay near you for flexible formats. We advise you to choose to have your order delivered to your workplace (except for very large rigid world maps, as the package is very large). Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm at the chosen delivery address. In your absence, a notice of passage is left in your mailbox. He will invite you to contact the delivery person to make an appointment for a second free delivery. The products are delivered to the address indicated by the consumer on the order form. Attention: check your delivery address (which you can correct until the payment stage) we cannot be held responsible for an error in the delivery address.
Upon receipt of your order, it is your responsibility to open the package to see the status of the boards or maps. If you do not personally receive the package, ask the person in charge of receiving the package to do this check. In all cases, a person must receive the package. If this is not the case, the carrier will not have a signature and no claim will be possible. In the case of aluminum panels, given their fragility, it is mandatory for the person receiving the package to open it and check its contents.
In case of problem, please hand over your package to the delivery person, refuse your package and specify the reason “damaged or damaged package” and contact our customer service the same day.
Do not sign the delivery note if the order has arrived damaged. No complaint will be admissible if the delivery note is signed.
In the case of delivery by a private carrier, the carrier is not required to deliver within your home and can deliver the package to you at the entrance of your building or house.
We therefore advise you to help bring the package to your home.
The receipt of the transported articles extinguishes any action against the carrier for damage or partial loss if, within three days, not including public holidays, following that of receipt, the consignee has not notified the carrier, by extrajudicial act or by registered letter, of his justified protest. (art L 133.3 of the French Commercial Code).
The customer has 15 working days to return, at his own expense, products that do not suit him. This period runs from the day of delivery of the consumer’s order. If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday or non-working day, it is extended until the next working day. Any return must be reported in advance to the Customer Service via our contact form (object “Return or exchange”) of Original Map®.

Original Map® reserves the right not to make any refund if the customer has not taken the steps described above. Customized “tailor-made” orders cannot be returned. For a return or exchange request, please inform us (Object “Return or exchange”).
