Hello,
I bought the small “Petra” model in vinyl. I would have preferred it in plexiglass, but apparently that’s not available in smaller sizes – a pity.
So I placed it under glass, as I was a bit afraid of sticking it incorrectly or that people would touch it too much (even though it’s strong and of very good quality).
I’m really happy with my purchase: it’s decorative and fun at the same time (I live in a house with exposed beams, and the colours match the wood beautifully).
Still, I wish the small version had been available in plexiglass.

Very happy with the result, although assembling the 1m x 2m “DIY” version on my own was a bit of a challenge, my arms are not long enough for such a size! I spent around £19 on wooden battens and the MDF panel. I recommend reinforcing the folds at the back with strong tape for durability, and making angled folds at the corners to avoid thickness. It took me an afternoon to mount and hang it, but I’m satisfied with the outcome.
The rhinestones are too tiny for my big fingers, and even with tweezers it was difficult, so I gave up. Shame the site doesn’t offer zoomed-in maps with more details or old-school classroom maps with reliefs and colours, a touch of nostalgia.
